Paytm — Recharge shows successful but not get credited | |
Sir/Madam,
I recharged my aircel no. [protected] with Rs. 62 from paytm using Central Banki of India Net Banking. Recharge made was shown successfull but actually it was not credited to my mobile. My order no. was[protected]. I emailed paytm over the issue but havn't got any reply yet.
I will be thankfull if relevant action is taken against them.

I’m sorry that the recharge for your mobile # [protected] did not happen. In fact our system received a delayed response from your bank’s online system stating the amount has been deducted from your account. As soon as I realized what had happened I initiated a transfer back to your bank account. I do feel awful about this terrible mix up as this is not acceptable by Paytm standards and we are working on fixing this.
I know you’ll be worried if you don’t see the amount in your bank account immediately, but don’t worry as it may take up to 21 days to reflect in your account.
