[Resolved]  Paytm — Refunded my balance

I had recharged Rs-219 (219*2=Rs 438) (Two times) to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through STATE BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm.
Plz REFUNDED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE IMMEDIATELY.

As per our records, an amount of Rs 438 was refunded to your Paytm cash account, for which you have already raised a refund request. We would like to further confirm that your request has been initiated and it may take up to maximum of 3-21 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on bank to bank as per their timelines.

In case your amount does not reach your account within 21 days, we recommend you to please get in touch with the bank with refund reference number [protected] and [protected].

On Nov 7, I tried to recharge rs.60 for the airtel number [protected], the transaction is not completed, but the amount has been debited from my account.

Order cancelled of confirm order they give reason of price error

I am ordered Panasonic ER206KK Trimmer For Men (Black) from paytm at 34₹ and they confirmed my order but after some time they cancelled my order without any reason and credit back 34₹ to my wallet.
