[Resolved] Paytm — UNAUTHORISED AMOUNT DEDUCTION | |||
Hi all, very-very bed service by paytm ... I recharged my number on 6th may only one time amount 50 rs deducted and recharged successfully, but as per my bank account statement one more time amount inr- 50 /- Extra charge .. also as per my order status .. 06-may[protected] recharge of rs50.0 for vodafone prepaid number XXXXXX907 50 success while in my bank statement its twice amount charges -- unauthorised transaction--- 06/05/2012 16:33:50 07/05/[protected] pcd:[protected]:[protected]:paytm mobil 50.00 sucess transaction 06/05/2012 22:13:45 07/05/[protected] pcd:[protected]:00005344:paytm.Com I have assign lot on complains to [protected]@paytm.Com but no reply . Can any one tell me is it the right way amount deduction no refund ???
