Paytm.com — Recharge failure, 4500 deducted but no charge showed up on my phone | |
Order no. 51918488 Contact no. [removed] email id : [removed] I had a recharge of Rs. 4500 done from paytm.com on 10/10/2012 and it showed that the transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my credit card, but no such recharge showed up on my phone. So, I called up the MTNL customer care and they informed me that the no aforesaid transaction took place on my number. And it still says that the transaction was a success on my account on paytm.com. I mailed them on [protected]@paytm.com regarding my grievance thrice but I have not received a single reply from them. Its a significant amount of money and I request you to take an action against this fraud website as soon as possible and get them to return my money. Was this information helpful? | |
