[Resolved] Pension — Pension amount not received properly | |
I am the pension Holder retired from state Government and maintaing the accounts in your Vivekananda House Branch Triplicane and drawing my pension from state Government and they are sending all the documents and particulars to the particular Branch in time 'But the Bank was not in a position to credit my pension amount in time .I am drawing my pension with effect from August 2008 and I have not able to get the credit from your Branch even though my pension amount have been released by the pension department of state government up tp December 2008. Even my commutation of pension amount to the tune of Rs 18000 has not been credited eventhough the particulars have been received by the Bank during the month of November 2008 itself. I had requested the Manager several times in person as well as through phone also.Since the failure of the Bank I am losing my interest for the pension amount. It is not known how the Bank authorities can run tne Bank by appointing inefficient staff who is incapable of doing atlleast to credit the pension amount to the pensioners.As such I request you to kindly take necessary action against the person concerned and credit the to my account Was this information helpful? | |

This refer to pension complaint I would like to inform you that I am familly pension holder after my husband. But last six month I have not received any pension in my account. My husband was working in Maharashtra State Khadi & village Board. He was retired on 02/02/2000 and died on 04/05/2006. After this total six month pension not received. I have personally talked in respective department regarding same but they told that they have send the pension amount in Bank of Maharashtra, borivali branch and my pension account in bank of Maharashtra, Narkhed branch. When I contacted boravali branch they have demanded to bank statement accourding this total six month pension not received.
So I request to you please see into this matter and resolve my complaint as early as possible so that I can alive for my remaining family.

i avinash rajaram chindarkar would like to request you to look in to this matter from febuary 2008 i have given vrs and till today i have not received pention my particulars are as follows name avinash rajaramchindarkar account number 18554/61 worked in eastern international hotel formely known as hotel holiday inn. I served NDMC for 29 years before I got retired in Jan.2005. I was employed by the corporation in Civil Engineering depptt. in Sarojini Nagar. I opened an account in SBI in Faizabad (U.P.). in this way I got my pension transferred into that account since my retirement.
Everything was fine until April, 2008 when all of a sudden my pension was stopped without any prior intimation and reason. I contacted SBI Faizabad and NDMC both, but nowhere had I got my issue resolved. On 9th Sep.2008, I got the SBI Faizabad account closed and opened a new account in SBI main branch in New Delhi hoping that i will not have to run 600km on every now and then to get this problem resolved. Anyhow, my pension issue got resolved and I was assured that I will be getting pension in SBI main branch account at regular interval of time.
As a retired person from Govt. service i am also eligible for VIth pay commission. When I found my pension not credited with effect of VIth pay commission, then i brought this thing in the knowledge of SBI main branch on 26th Dec.2008. They asked me to contact SBI Faizabad then at special request from my side; they wrote a letter to SBI Faizabad asking if any arrears pending in my account. Till today (23rd Feb.2009) I am waiting for response from any of the branches. Neither I got the arrears of IVth pay commission nor has my pension been revised as per this new pay commission.
