[Resolved] Pension — Delay in payment of pension.

Sub: Hinderances in payment of pension.
This is to draw your kind attention that my father named Late Sh. Sheoraj Singh Rana was getting pension from HARYANA POWER GENERATION CORPN. LTD. vide Memo No. /FA & CAO/ Pen./HPGCL-3045, PPO – 1318, dt: 09.01.08 through ADB SBI Bank, Branch Code- 4944, Harduaganj, Aligarh (U.P.) A/C No. [protected].
He got expired on 09.05.09. I conveyed this information to the concerned Bank & made all formalities required to get the pension in my mother name i.e. Omwati Devi via ADB SBI Bank, Branch Code – 4944, Harduaganj, Aligarh (U.P.) A/C No. [protected].
Still She has not been getting pension and the bank is quoting that they have sent all documents to the Addressed below on dtd 27.05.09.

3rd Floor, Chandni Chowk, Delhi.
Now The Bank Manager is saying that we have completed all formalities from our side & issue is pending from your department (HPGCL) & he also told me You inquired in Treasury office Aligarh. But he is still unaware of the exact situation that my mothers pension has no any connection with the treasury, although HPGCL is a NIGAM and the pension is directly payable through SBI.
HPGCL Pension Department already submitted all document in the SBI Panckula to staring the pension of my father & in these document it is clearly mentioned in PPO that in the event of death of Sh. Sheoraj Singh family pension payble to Smt. Omwati Devi.
Here I want to pay your attention that She has not been getting pension from the last 07 Months due to which we are facing lots of financial problems in the absence of my father.
Kindly do the needful to resolve the matter on urgent basis.
