[Resolved]  Pentacle Services — Cheating on the name of providing services.

I am attaching the content of my conversation with them, where they have denied to refund back, even though they are not providing the services and now even no replies to my mail.

executive should have some kind of humbleness and empathy, but it was totally missing from
"Pallavi", instead it was looking like she has some personal problem with "executive named Aditi", and even on asking she never gave a call to her and said action will be taken against her.

Leaving all that apart finally I goto know that only after my payment reach you guys, I am gonna get the service, I even thought of canceling the service but then my account was debited by that time(On 19th february, 2009). So I thought lets give a try, and then someone from customer care promised that I will have executive at my place on saturday before 11:00 a.m and as usual to be on the suffering end, I had to wait, I even tried calling customer care multiple no of times, but they were just saying that I will
have executive at my place and my whole day was spent in waiting and finally after shouting on executive I got executive at home around 5 p.m. Still accepted atleast he turned up... coming to
1st week of march, don't remember the exact date, but that day I had absolutely no power at home, I found out the reason which was that my electricity meter was burnt, and since It was promised to me that when it is urgent issue, the facility will be provided on priority basis, but the another rude executive named "sandeep" denied, we cant send... He says we need 24 hrs to process the request. Now here I dont understand that why should the end user sit in the dark without any power for the known reason just cos, I have paid u guys.
Then he just denied and said, he will come tommrow before 11, but I had to get the electrician to whome I had to pay seprately, so Pentacle services are of no use to me when I required. But the
next day also the electrician came to my house at 12:45 p.m., So as per Pentacle services, do the person who takes up your services, needs to leave his/her job and sit at home, then I would like to say, your services are too costlier that person can even loose the job in such tough times to get the meter
fixed.

Then I had raised another request on friday, 6th march for plumber and electrician and the executive named yogita, I am not sure did promise me that plumber will come on saturday and electrician on
sunday both days before 11 or 12. But guess what no one turned up till evening 5. Then I had totally lost it. I called up customer care and asked for senior executive, but no one passed my call to senior person in office, but it seems there was no one and then I had to ask for refund or I move to consumer forum cos, It was huge amount of pain to get the things working from you guys and still then it isn't working.

Worst part is the consumer cannot even reach the senior officials. I would have asked for the person concerned repeatedly and on saturday, I was promised that I will get teh call and refund will be promised. But I neither got any call nor any refund and on monday When I give a call back, I was told

I am sending you this mail now.
Kindly process the refund ASAP and let me know, the expected time duration, if possible, provide the money back, within the time you specify.

The first service was not at all delivered within 24 hrs, as my first request was not at all processed. that was my second request, and what would you like to tell about the request placed on last friday which was never fulfilled inspite of repeated reminder calls (for plumber and electrician).

Can you please also answer my following questions ??

1. What do you have to say about the non-transfer of the customer calls to the supervisor when asked ???

2. What do you have to say about the rude behavior of the executives over the calls.

3. What about the the promises your executives make over the call for processing the refunds ???

4. I agree the policies you have mentioned over the brochure, but do you yourself adhere with them ???

5. Who is responsible for the delay you guys make and according to your service or in order to get your service, person has to sit whole day at home as you guys commit 11:00 and come at 5 and in the mean time we have to make n no of calls(charges of that). All this I have experienced in your just 1 service, what you have mentioned in the mail above.

6. What about people cannot each the senior person over a call, and go through such long procedure.

7. What about the money we spend, for the other services taken in the meantime, where you don't provide us service ???

I am very much frustated with this company. I took both car break down and home emergency.But they never provide me any service till now. Even i took a different service parallaly from RACE becuase when i got stuck some where these cheater didn't pick the phone than on urgent basis i went for RACE.
If some one is going to legal action against these cheater, I am with him.
Just sue these guys other wise other wise they will keep continue these frauds.
I am also a victim like you. The company is not providing services as per promises made at the time of making members. They are wasting valuable time and money on calling again and again for providing petty services.

Pentacle Services — No Services at all

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am also one of the unfortunate victims of the false service commitments made by this company,which promises to provide services within 24 hours of complaint.My CR number is 9831,membership date 2.09.09.the membership was activated on 4.09.09.I asked for an electrician on 4.09.09,complaint number 16562 and was promised service in 24 hours.Again I called on 5.09.09 and my request was postponed to next day, citing reason that the electrician was'not available'.Again I called on 6.09.09and was told that electrician cannot be sent till next day.By this time I understood the whole racket and requested the company to cancel my membership and refund my money as I have not availed any services and I deserve full refund.I would also like to point out that during each call,I spent at least half an hour each time just listening to voice recording waiting to be connected to the operator,several times my call was put on hold when I asked about the service promisedand then disconnected. I must congratulate this company on one thing though, they are very fast in enrolling new members,their representative approached me within hours of my enquiry and made wonderful promises while collecting the fee of Rs 699.

Pentacle Services — Failed to provide services

Pentacle Services — DUPING PUBLIC

Sir,
On the insistence of Mr Neel Patro, I had taken membership of Pentacle Service PR No. 10514. I had made it clear that since I am residing in a Govt Flat iI get all all the basic servies. However I am interested in getting my furniture polished and if this is possible, I can take the membership. Mr patro readily agreed and told me I will be enrolled as a priveleged member and all I need is write DC2(DC Square) in the code column. Mr Debashis another sr exec also agreed. However to my utter dismay, when I contacted the centre next day (which was very difficult) I was told that it will be done and I will be informed name of the worker. Since I did not get any response I contacted n umber of times but no action.

I think such people should be taken to task. This is nothing but duping innocent people.

Ples help me in getting my money back.
I do have faced a similar problem but for the first service a called a computer executive and the very next day he was at my service but when i was calling the customer care, i had to call them 10 time than some picked up the call and the next time when i called for the services of electrician i had to mailed them and to my surprise the electrician also came the very next day as promised but when i asked to that these are the things which require repairing than he start saying that this service we don't provide and i asked to do the another thing than again he said we don't do this also than on feedback i wrote as bad a comment i can write and also mailed them the problem asking there quality team to call ASAP. This incident just took place today, so will see what did they say...

After sseeing the complaints listed above, I am sure that I have also been duped by so called Pentacle services. After being contacted on phone one person came to my house and collected a Cheque for Rs. 800/ with the assurance that the services promised will be provided once my card gets activated. After that all my efforts to contact them on helpline providedby them have failed as reply from other side is "please wait, our operators will contact you shortly" and after some time the call gets disconnected. This requires a serious action otherwise such elements will continue to cheat people. I am ready to join if some body plans to initiate action against such elemants.

I am also facing the same problem with pentacle services. I got fed up now and would like to take up a legal action against this company for giving the mental tension to the company and duping the public.

I am another victim of this company!!! I was fool not to do a search on this company before using its services.

Is there nothing we can do about such companies?
I agree with all the above mentioned complaint. I have launced a complaint for a plumber for the past 2 days and no one i mean no one has bothered to show up. I havent had the pleasure of facing stupid answeres or attitute because THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO PICK THE PHONE.

I think they should be banned to run their buisness. they have fooled us into their trap but others should be warned against them.


Let us collectively do something.
Pentacle Services is totally fraud.Iam trying their numbers since last 10 days but no one is picking up the phone...We need to take collective actions against them to stop all this.
I have been taken for a ride by these low lifes.
Am going to consult a lawyer, and make then pay for the fraud they are committing, and continue to do so with other vulnerable people out there.
This is a huge scam, maybe running into millions by now.

Hope to have these people behind bars.

In my case the call centre never responds. I could get one service only that too of inferior quality of service from them.

Next call no one came up there after I called atleast ten times but the call centre does not respond.
This is a fraud company going about duping people. They should be immediately dealt with so that they cannot spread their tentacles further.They have shifted their base to Hemkunth Rd. Their greed and audacity too has increased we are robbed of Rs.799/- amrita
I got myself registered with Pentacle in July 09, their response time was extremely poor, initially. Now for the past 2 months I have been trying their number to which they are not responding.

Pentacle Services — Pentacle Services - Bunch of Thieves

Pentacle is a bunch of frauds; I have recently taken their services (I wish I had looked at the internet prior to taking their services). The internet is full of complaints against these guys and its a surprise that they continue to fool around people. Serious action should be taken against such companies. Can someone provide me the name and number of the whoever is running this fraud company. I would also like to know if anyone ever got their money refunded by them.

no service & no response to their customer care...in short our money down the drain.
Try the Helpline number 47622999 no response It took me 4hours to ask a simple question about my card activation and expiry dates but I was not able to get in touch
