[Resolved]  Personal Credit Card — Interest Debited to my account

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am holding a credit card with you. My Credit Card no [protected]. I came to know that I have been debited with interest of Rs 561/80 during the month of November'07.

Actually I have taken 2 Air ticket's on 16.11.07. One for Rs 6248/- and other transaction of Rs 2924/-. While debiting, I have not received any intimation from Card Division stating that "there is no Credit Limit in your account". But during that time, it got debited and also 5% interest got debited on that amount.

If I received any intimation earlier itself, I would not continue doing transaction in my card..

I request your to kindly reverse the interest amount debited to my account and also I have to continue doing transaction in this card.

It would be really appreciated if you do the needful.
