Personal Loan — Bad service from the agent and manager

To ICICI,
I aM extremely upset with the kind of service i have recieved from icici agent and mangers as well.
I had applied for a personal loan for rs 5 lakh 60 thousand, and i was being dealt by Mr Shabir moile no; [protected] who got my documents collected on 28th August'2007.
After submitting the documents i had no update from anybody and after 15 days the agent called me saying that his manager Mr Vishal Malhotra mobile no ; [protected] would come to see me at my office for verification. After this i was asked to submit post dated cheques to Mr Sanjay MOBILE NO; [protected] , after this the next dat Mr Vishal Malhotra along with his Manager Mr Shyam Trehan mobile no ; [protected] came to my residence and said that they have misplaced the post dated cheques and would like me to give new cheques along with new set of documents, as there was some problem with the first set of documents and to get an approval they would require it again.
I gave 5 new cheques and had to put a stop payment on the previously submitted cheques which costed me a service charge of rs 250/- which waspromised by Mr Shyam Trehan and i'll be paid back.

After that i was being told everyday that my loan amount will come after 2 days and this went on for atleast 10 days.

When i called customer service i was told that the case was rejected for the first time and they have not recieved any documents for the second time, on which i called Mr Shyam Trehan and he has not been answering my call along with Mr Vishal Malhotra.

Now After all this i have again applied for the personal loan through an agent, but i want an action to be taken on :
Mr Shabir moile no; [protected]
Mr Vishal Malhotra mobile no ; [protected]
Mr Shyam Trehan mobile no ; [protected]

I am working with Delll International services and it has been the worst experience to deal with these 3 people.
DELL IA ALSO A CORPORATE PARTNER WITH YOUR BANK AND THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED FROM ICICI.

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN UPDATE ON THE SAME, MY COMPLAINT NO; 40206719.

Personal Loan — Idiotic ICICI service

Till now i didnt saw such a bad service.

I have applied loan before a month and by lat week of november'07 it got approved. Within one week i got the letter stating the dates and amount which i need to pay.

But till now i didnt got my cheques.
I called some of the guys in chennai branch (u wont believe nearly 100-150 calls i have made

All answers were idiotic and they are only people who want to get new loans from customers and forget once if it got approved.

They are asking me to go Mount road branch to enquire, its nearly 30kms from my place and i cant go in my office hours.
I thought of cancelling loan but for that also they are requesting me to come there.

Its like unnecssarily i am paying the interst without money in hand.
It should not happen.

Please let me know what should i do.
If they are going to detect the money without giving laon cheque surely i am going to sue
