[Resolved]  personal loan problem — life threat and unparliamentary language by your collection dept

Dear sirs madam

I V.V.B.R.L.V.RAYALU taken a personal from your esteemed bank and cleared(pre closer). In this regard I did lot of correspondence with you. Finally I got good feed back and result

But now I am facing lot of problem by receiving umber of calls per day for some outstanding is still due on the same account for your reference I am forwarding the mail which received from you

Today I received on phone call from you Delhi collection team and the way he is talking and using very unparliamentarily language about my family members and lot of bad words like mother [censored]er much more these sort of words, but today I recorded the same call. The phone call I received at 4 pm today. And that guy wants send some gonads and rowdies to my house for the collection and he is threatening my life my life members.(including kids and he asking to my wife prostitute and earn money to clear the bank due). But as per my accounts no due from my end or if you can send my statement of account I will go through and clear the due

I requested him for statement of account but he asking me to go to bank and collect and its very bad practice and with my record proof I going to submit in customer court for justice not only for me but it should not happen to any one

This is for your information and I am sending all my correspondence which I had with ABN Amro bank I have like emails and register post acknowledgements

I request you do some action or do justice to me or other wise I will go for goodwill case as well life threat and harassment case basing on the recorded phone call

Please go through my correspondence and do the needful if not I will proceed legally and going file criminal and all possible case. This is for your information

Dear Sir

Hope this is not first I am writing to ABN Amro I am writing from 2007 till date all you people are sleeping?? Every month in your statement is showing in negative balance all of sudden how it will come as due??

Please pay me interest for all these days then I will pay balance amount to you. When I tried to pre close my loan I personally visited your bank in Hyderabad no one is taken responsibility every one guided me to contact customer care by phone as per their advise contacted and told very clearly about my loan details then as per your customer care people advise only I cleared the loan after word I sent email to you when I received the statement after my pre closer my loan as per your customer care advise I sent hard copy to your head office by register post regarding loan clearance certificate if you want I will send a copy to you. If you want I will re-send the same email to you for your reference please find.

All of sudden hope you people wake up from sleep and asking about all nonsense please wave off all the hidden charges and pre closer charges and send loan clearance certificate other wise I will proceed legally.

Don’t send any harassment mails to me.

I vasanthrayalu had availed the service of easy cash loan from your bank vide above mentioned account number.

I have made the total payment for pre-closure of the loan amount through cheques as per the advise of your customer care executive.

Payment details : icici bank cheque no.162027 dated 16th june2007 amount Rs.40,000/-
: icici bank cheque no.162032 dated 16th june2007 amount Rs9,040/-

But till I haven’t received any clearance certificate above all I am receiving every month statement stating that –due. But I have posted the a letter to your bank regarding the same on 22june2007.

Till date no response from your end in this particular concern your bank service are very poor. Kindly look in the issue and do the needful. Issue clearance certificate immdiately
