[Resolved]  Personal Loan + Standard Chartered Bank, Oman — Rejection

This is not a complaint. This is a request for bank balance statement.

My Saving Bank Accout No.10112427 with Standard Chartered Bank in Sultanate of Oman, Ruwi, Branch.

Currently myself is in India on annual leave, I request you to forward me the monthly bank account statement for the last six months to my following e-mail i.d. :-

3rd class service, no one in the loan dept. is qualified, i want the mail id of the Ceo to log a complaint.

i sent a mail to the staff of the bank regarding my loan but very sorry to say that the staff is not even having the decency to reply my mail.

SO SHAMEFUL.

in jan/feb 2011, i got a call from Stan C Personal Loan Department saying that i have got the opportunity to avail personal loan of 5 lacs with minimum paperwork, but because of their eligibility criteria i could not only get 3 lacs...so i was't pressing them to give me the personal loan of 5...but because my need was 5, said them to only proceed if i can get 5 lacs because purpose for which i was availing this opportunity could only be achieved if i could get 5 Lacs, but Personal Loan department porsonnel said that we will give 3 lacs personal loan and rest 2 lac u can get on your credit card limit...so i felt it was okay with me and i took the opporunity and 3 Lacs were transferred automatically into my account very quickly, wihtin a week, but after that, they kept saying that due to year-end closeups, our new loan calculator will come and then u can get ur rest amount and now itz April 12, 2011 and they have never ever contacted me to give that rest money i needed to achieve my goal...so my point here is that if you people come accross any circumstances like this in future...dont be fooled by the tricks they use and get everything in written...because verbally they can promise anything and will lend in no men's land.
