This for your kind information I Mr. Andrews.L.Fernandez had applied for the personal from your reputed bank. I had received call from your andheri branch saying that please come to the Brach with bunch of check and that mam told (suchita - [protected]) me that it will credited to my account .and there after she had stamped my all check with your bank stamp now she is saying that I am not eligible. so now who is going to bear the cost of check. Even I had approached your dombvli Brach that manager saying due more that 5 logging showing in my account I am not eligible. Now its high time i am going react back very badly let me know. How can you assist me. is it my mistake that I had given to on of the agent he had done this is it am I working with bank that I know about your rules .I need loan and I need action against those people rejected me

I have taken a Personal Loan from M/s. GE Money Financial Services Ltd., on 24.10.07 for 36 months tenure (EMI is Rs.5002) and already paid full and final in the month of Nov'10. There is no outstanding in my account and also got the clearance letter from them.

Personal Loan — CHEATED BY CUSTOMER CARE

I was receiveing calls from ICICI for depositing of my Pending Installments.I was receiving calls from Ritu([protected]),She asked me to clear my 7 pending Installments and promised me to waive off my late payment fees & bouncing charges.I some how arranged the pending amount and deposited cash as per payment receipt attached.but from last three month after my rigrous follow up my Late payment fees still standing in my account and has been not waived off.,whenever I called her up,she said that she had send the request,but still that amount is showing in my account.,



I am regular payer of my Installments and due to some unavoidable circumstances I have defaulted in some installments,but since now I have cleaared all my pending Installments as shown in Receipt attached Please waive off my Late Payment Fees & bouncing charges.From Last Three months I was very much harrased by your side.and now Mobile no which I have mentioned has been switched off. Please do the needfull at the eariliest so that I can concenterate on my other works also.

I am Anil B Holkar, son of the a/c holder Baban B Holkar , My father received the call for the LOAN , My father Baban B Holkar first said yes for the LOAN , after 4 to 5 hours SAID NO FOR THE LOAN , As per the Executive the LOAN can not be cancel , no communication in between, we not even receive any chq if the loan is sanction , after the 3 to 4 months we received the bill of outstanding , we spoken to bank , as per the bank the loan is passed , the lady called from the RECOVERY DEP was very cheap ,was abusing on the phone , no manners how to speak to the customer , then we received the court notice ,on the 08/09/2009 from Goregaon east ,representative Nitin Raje Bhosle, We also send the court notice to STANDERED CHARTERED BANK but there was no reply after 1 year we received the chq for the LOAN .
Informed the BANK that we received the chq today after 1 year , when we already said NO for the LOAN, there was absolutely no response from the STANDERED CHARTERED BANK.
As now we planned to take the LOAN in the market , we realized that STANDERED CHARTERED BANK handover my case to civil , This is so unfair . IF WE RECEIVED THE LOAN , SHOW THE BANK TRANSECTION , IF WE CREDITED THE CHQ , THERE IS NO RECORDS OF THE LOAN AMT . Do the needful , otherwise my friend is in media , we will take the matter to media and to the court.

I hope that yourself give me a justice or resolve the issue in this regard as soon as possible

I availed auto loan for Rs.11 lakhs from family credits ltd and the same is in regular. However I found that a overdue amount of Rs.28000/- is shown cibil report in which my name has to deleted/removed. The overdue is due to the reason that there was some fault in the system Family Credits Ltd in the month of April-May 2011 and after verification of my bank statement and confirmed the clearance of the cheque they have given credit of the instalments. THere is no fault on me. My account is very regular and there is no overdue as on this date. requires actions in this regard immediately.
