[Resolved]  PF complaint — Provident Fund

I am prabhat Trivedi from kanpur. i was working in hdfc bank as a adfc staff.till time i have not received my pf i have sent many mails to Mr kn hera adfc head he was saying ur pf will be come on march first week but till time i have not received my pf my pf account no is MH/49357 and emp id was 6086 plz help us i have so need my pf.first time he was saying ur pf will come on dec 2008.

I Partha Mukherjee from Silvassa.I was working in T&D Galiakot Containers (p) Ltd Patna till date I have not receved the PF amount.When I was left the organisation at that time My PF Form will sing & deposted in PF Dept .My PF no is GJ/VAPI/46047/19 .If again I have submiited the same form but who will signature the Form.Becasue My company office is closed & I am staying in Bihar It is far away from my house.

Please look on this matter

I have submitted my PF and Pension closing form to my employer dell india r&d center bangalore on 10th jan 2009 and they have done their formalities and submitted my PF form to Bangalore PF office on 6th Feb 2009.but till date i have not received my PF amount. eventhough i called the PF office and emailed also but i didn't any response from them.

kindly please help me to get my money

I resigned from company after serving for 5 year on 02nd May. All my settelment was done as per provisions except PF. Inspite of many reminders and follow up I am not getting any response from my company. What should i do next.

on 13/04/2009 but they have send it to their Head office on 27/04/2009 .Till now they are not giving

Continously they are blaming Govt Officials But the mistake is only on their side .

But still you have not submitted to the PF office

saying that PF dept will accept only 20 forms per day

I had clarified with PF dept in Chennai they said they will accept as many as forms given by the company

SIR from Jan 2009 to still now this year is going to over but i have not received my PF and when i checking my status on EPFO webpage i received one msg that is -: 29792888 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 26/08/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

I worked with Intelenet Global Services (C-94, 95 Udyog Vihar-5, Gurgaon) for one year (Jan 2008 - Jan 2009)

I applied for PF Withdrawal after 45 days ( PF/45119), (A/C- [protected]) At that time HR dept of Intelenet said it would take 3 months,

After completing three months when i did not get my PF, i again visited Intelenet Then they said it would take 3-4 months more, As there are some issue at PF office of Mumbai.

Now it's been more than one year, i have not received my PF amount yet, Neither the HR people of Intelenet want to talk about this.

Please help me out.

This is Navnee Kumar Sinha. Please note that I have applied to withdrawal my Employee Provident Fund (EPFO) in Mar-11, at Dwarka Office, New Delhi and already 7 months has been passed my EPF amount not withdraw till date. i already check so many times online status on EPFO official website but every time same status show there "Is in under processes"

I applied for my Provident Fund amount to EPF office Kolkata as on 18- March-08. But i have still not received my amount till today Nov' 11.

I was got SMS-as on-05-april-11, Form 10C (Withdrawal Benefit/Scheme certificate) for acct WBCAL004182 recd on 04.04.2011 and Claim ID WBCAL[protected] is under process.

Claim form 19 for PF settlement for member acct no WBCAL[protected] received on 04.04.2011 and Claim ID WBCAL[protected] is under process
