[Resolved]  PF office, Delhi — PF Office delaying transfer

I have applied for PF transfer to PF office in May 2006.
Delhi PF account no : DL/******/*79
AP PF account no : AP/HY/*******/*61

Andhra Pradesh PF office has confirmed my application to transfer PF in May 2006 and send the letter to Delhi PF office. It has been really sad to know that EPF office did not transfer PF fund for more than 18 months

I have filed and application under RTI act and I have asked for 5 point information and I have been provided only 2. I am in receipt of a letter from Ms Sarojini Rane (CPIO & RPFC-II) in reply to my application under RTI Act. I have been told that other information is not available. It is sad to know that PF office is claiming that none is held responsible for this delay.

The law has already provided for the penalty for the delay. If the matter is not resolved here, I will not hesitate to go to court of law.

Moreover EPF website is not having complete information. The email id mentioned there are not correct, mails are bouncing from the id. No information about the vigilance department is provided on the website.

I have submitted my application on settlement of PF amount through HOPE Worldwide organisation on 31st December 2008. I know that the amount will be settled within 45 days from the date of claim. I was a beneficiar in 2004, when I left my job from a pvt. institution, the PF office (Chennai) was very much prompt in settling the amount before my expectation.
I hope you being the head-office, will definitely pay attention and retain the good name from the consumer like me as early as possible. And I wish to know the delay in sanctioning my amount and also when will be the possible time for you to settle the same.

I personally went to your regional office Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, submitted my PF withdrawal form on 06.10.09.
You are requested to remit my PF amount to my SB account as furnished in withdrawal form of PF.

I have applied for my PF in the month of Feb'09, I have got the confirmation from PF office wazirpur that my PF amount is tranferred to my account on July 2009. I personnaly went to mt Bank and checked the status but it is not reflecting in my account. niether in the suspence account or any other account. Please help me in getting my PF money.

Dear Sir,

I have applied for PF withdrawal in the month of September 2007 and my account number is DL/24754/1681. but till now I have not got a money. And recently I have received one letter last month saying that PF department has sent Rs. 12534/- cheque on 23.3.07 & cheque nomber is 76800, where as I have not received any cheque.

I have sent a copy of the same to Delhi PF comminsoner wazirpur on August 25th 2009, but till now I have not got any reply, I have asked them which address they have sent a cheque.

Kindly help me how to trace the same.

Let me know wht I have to do.

My A/c no- DL/24054/571 I have worked For 2005 oct 21 to 2008 Dec 04, my head office in delhi, (planet sports pvt ltd, ) Chennai, Future Group, But nobody is giving proper information regarding this issue. With referance to the above I would like to inform u that, I have submiited the PPF claim on 23/07/2009. It is already completed 30 Days form submission date.Till date I have not receive my PPF claim.

Kindly treat urgent as I have suffering from financial crises.
