[Resolved] Philips — Not repairing the DVD recorder

I have given my Philips DVD Recorder DVD R 3575 H/37 for repair, to their authorised service center DIG Waves Solutions Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad on[protected].Till today they have not identified the fault in it.When ever i call them they say that it will be done in a week.Except the receptionist no body responds ther.The general manager Mr.Prem Kumar will never lift his phone.They are troubling me since three months.Neither they are repairing it nor admiting that they can not repair.I wasted lot of time and money on this issue.No one in Phlips is responding to my emails and complaints.Please do some thing ADVERTISEMENT

I agree with the above complaint, as I had also experienced the same in Cochin, Kerala. They are not even competent to open the DVD recorder, leave alone servicing it.The set has been returned with the note that the parts are not availble.
Stupid reply ! Shame on Philips.
