[Resolved]  Philips Water Purifier — leakage on both the sides of purifier

We are using philips water purifier from last year. Now we are finding some leakage on both the sides of purifier. We called the number [protected] to post a complaint but the call was rejected saying (THIS CALL CANNOT BE PROCESSED).
