[Resolved]  Pilot Honda (Chembur) — No Customer service

Hi All,
My incident may not be new for all because i believe everyone who deals with PILOT HONDA in CHEMBUR has to go through this harassment.
I took two bikes from this so called authorized dealer.
Recently i bough an Activa deluxe on cash for which i was given waiting period of 5 months but by the time i get my bike,it was already more than 8months.
On top of this they charge you more than twice the amount for accessories if you get it from them.
i paid all the money well in advance n then i asked for my bike without any accessories as i can easily get it less than
half a price then what they giving out for.
I handed over a writtten application to the Manager Sharad More who said that i will be getting my refund for accessories in a week.
then after 1 & half month i got my bike n now its more than 3months that i have got my bike however i still haven`t got my refund for the accessories.
Whenever i call them,firstly i have hold or be on that call for 20-30mins n they come up with the same old stinky answer that "We will check the status n call you back"
despite of more than 350 calls by now,i never ever recieved their call.

I would personally suggest...
NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE UNEDUCATED LIARS.
