I am lokenath acharjee (Employee Code 38385). I have already received the amount for the PF claim form no. 19 but and the 2nd form (10C) was rejected but the same I have not yet received. I spoke to the PF department and they also confirmed the same and asked me to re-submit the 10C form for early release of the PF amount.
Today, I visited your office in salt lake and already filled the 10c form and re-submitted again. Kindly do the needful from your end. Please find my details below.
