[Resolved]  PLI — policy status

MY PLI POLICY NO. IS RJ-143605-CS

dear sir,
I am Sangvikar Nandkumar G. having policy No. MH-23400-C from 20/07/1989 in 2011 i have applied for conversion my policy PA-60 to EA-60 and payed all revised amount for nxt year.after that I also have submitted asked documents for conversion & now my policy has been matured in 21/07/2012 so i submitted all the documents at Nanded Post office but till i did not got any refund amount i asked about this problem officers saying that your policy did not converted from head office and when ever i am trying to call Head office at mumbai no one is taking calls.

sir, Mai Army me service krta hu, or m apni policy ka full statement janana chahta hu aur ye kitne saal ka hai aur pura hone ke bad mujhe kitna milega. so pl tell me.
