[Resolved]  PNB — PNB Net Banking

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sir, I am consumer of Punjab National Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi branch.

Sir, I am using Net Banking Facility since last 2 years, when I use your net banking facility through IRCTC's rail ticket portal your site says 'JAVA IS NOT ENABLED FOR YOUR BROWSER -YOU CANNOT LOGIN"

Sir, I also use other bank`s net banking (SBI) at that portal but there is no problem with SBI.

Please do something at your level & oblige.

We are useing net PNB net banking. our Corp ID is sung0164 and User ID is vinod662
but we forgot the login password.

we contected on customercare service but he answered that we are not able to search the problem.
Your are requested to kindly solve our problem of login password.

I am mahendra singh, my a/c no is [protected]. I have got the internet facility with my a/c, but after some time;since 6months, my account is not functioning on my internet password.when, I try to open it, message comes"pass word or Id is invalid" I do not know why this type of problems is existing there without any solution or rfurther instruction for customer.May I expect a positive ansewr for solution of this problems without any delay.
i am submit my net banking form on 31th of july but there is no response .

i am kusum gupta my acc no is 071200 [protected] punjab national bank at jodhpur.i have internet (e banking facility).when i use it i get the net balance.when i want to see the last 10 transaction detail it gives an error.please see whats the reason.earlier there was no problem.
if your are facing problem for netbanking then the sipmle way is that when you get a netbanking password & user id, then don't try ourself call pnb toll free number & say them i have usr ud & password, Plz guide me to activated my netbanking, and plz do not revele your password.

they will sure help you..
what we do is when we get netbanking usr name & password we try it ourself do not do that., because it is critical case.
so call them & ask for help..
don't balme them as it is we that can make CHANGE

i have a/c no [protected] in your bank .i take your view facility for internet banking. i get my password with my customer id & corporate id on 29/06/2009 but at that time my password does not work & i lost my 5 attemts then igive another application for fresh password but i did not get any password till 24/08/2009 i call for many times in delhi head office they told me we have sent password in the bank but when i go to bank for conferming manager sir give no response so sir please solve my problem

I am customer of PNB bank since 2008 and using internet banking last more than 6 months.
i was working properly earlier but from last 2 and 3 month, i am facing a problem which is here.
when i open my home page, it opens but when i want to go any further page, it shows an error and shut down my a/c. there is no problem of taking more time on page and back click. i am very clearly about those instructions and norms. there is some other problem. please help me to rectify this problem. eventhough i comlained twice or thricein pnb bank but there i had not found nay solution except your no. i called many time but there is also no response. i have bothered a lot

So please help to get over this problem so that i can use my e-banking and enjoy it.

Sir, I am an ex officer of PNB. I am having my SF account No. [protected] with internet banking facility for viewing the status of my accounts. But for the last two days, the status of the accounts is not displayed for the reasons "Application Error". Kindly rectify the software error immediately. Same as mehendra singh's I was using my online account for a year then left for another year. now i m unable to login as it says invalid password. if it's been expired it mustsay it so.
