[Resolved]  PNB — inordinate delay in realisation of cheques.

two cheques of Rs 10000and 5000 of SBI, BANKURA WEST BENGAL in the name of archana mandal was recd by me and deposited to PNB , Lalbazar br , sec'bad ( ap ) on 11 dec 2007 in my acct no [protected] ( of MEERUT BANK ) but could be credited to my acct only on 18 Jan 2008. Pnb MUST CLARIFY, PENALISE IT'S STAFF INEFFICIENCY OR DEFRAUDS.

Pensionar Bank a/c in PNB Bank — Not behave properly regarding the resolution

hi all

i am giving the Complaint regarding the a/c no.[protected] its my my grand mother pension a/c
in Punjab National bank Nakenam pur Branch.
The way they people are working over there it was pathetic.
This is the pensioner a/c and the transition was not be updated in passbook why because of bank fault. The way they people was behaved with my father Mr chandrabhushan pd singh it was mind blowing it shows how much caring you people are. they people doesnot have the manners to talk with customer in proper way.
Because of PNB Bank mistake 1 lakh extra debited access in our side and according to the manager the settled things tht they will not deduct any extra amount because it was their mistake My father and bank people was agree that they will give only half pention amt and they will settle this case whenever 1lakh will over they will inform us.
and they will not take any extra chages because due to their mistake this much amount was debited in my grand mother mrs Rajdularidevi a/c.
it was more than 6 years old story…..
Now I need a proper resolution tht when this prob get resolved…..
I m not goona to stop not because of this a/c is belongs to my grand mother not because of they entire people did mis behaved with my father because this is something is esclateble and I am not goona to tolerate this one……

i want who soever have done this mistake due to that my faimily was suffering will take action...

Respectfully, my name is vikram jeet singh but my father has two accounts at your lalru branch which is 15 K.M far away from my home town. But for the costomer convenience you did great job and opened a new branch at derabassi ( at my home town ) i went there to update my pension account and saving account bank copies. Because it was very urgent and i had to show it somewhere. I was waiting there for 1 hour for my turn but when i showed my account books to the cashier of derabassi branch . He behaved very rudely and litterly abusive over me and said i have to go to my lalru branch which is 15 km from my home town for the updation of my account books. I need immediate action against him otherwise i am going to put my complaint in the consumer court. His rudeness made me very upset.

I may inform you that in your Nangal Raya branch-D-4172 is not issuing demand draft for the last 10 days, On inquire from the Sr. manager, he always pretend, Don't worry, you can get the services tomorrow always, but it never comes.Further he said we are helpless that the stationary is exhaust in our record for printing drafts comes from our stationary deptt.i.e. in NOIDA.
Further the management of the branch is so poor that the sitting arrangement is not done till 10:30 a.m.Customer has to wait for their turn.Espically pass book counter.

SUB: Misplace of outstation cheque

Dear Sirs,
I am having a saving bank account no [protected] with your Hardoi (UP) branch. I have deposited, a cheque S.N. 186699 of Rs 15000/-(Rs Fifteen thousand only) payable at your branch on Station Road Gonda (UP), on April 04, 2009. This was the refund order of money back policy no.[protected] of LIC of India, to be credited in my bank account.
I have continuous follow-up with your Hardoi (UP) branch.
After exhausting more than 3-months of my time now the bank comments that my instrument has been misplaced in transit, they can not help any longer.
This is at-most negligence in delivering the necessary & lawful services to the customer and moreover an entire insensitivity in the part of banking business, in my opinion.
Your branch can not escape from the responsibility of clearing my refund cheque without any further delay, along with the interest of delay period, as per the banking services norm.

Your are requested to please initiate a probe in the matter and advice the Hardoi branch to clear my due cheque & credit the amount in my S/B account mentioned above, otherwise I will bound to move to district consumer forum.

I am enclosing herewith the scanned copy of my cheque & counterfoil of pay-in slip.

1. With due respect I beg to say that I have an NRE account No [protected] at SBI, PBB Sansad Marg, New Delhi, I have been issued a new ATM card by them. For inquiring the activation of ATM on 10 Aug 09 at about 1830h I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) but no amount was withdrawn. On 11 Aug 2009 I approached with our NRE bankers and get updated the Pass Book (Photostat copy att).

2. On scrutiny the Pass Book, it is found that a sum of Rs 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) has been shown withdrawn whereas cash had not been withdrawn on 10 Aug 2009.

3. You are requested to re-concile your account of 10 Aug 2009 and refund a sum of Rs 1000/- in my ibid NRE account [protected].
