[Resolved]  PNB — ATM

Hi,

I am having a Saving Account in Punjab National Bank.

Recently I made a cash withdrawal of Rs.8000/- at SBI ATM Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi. It show amount has been debited from my account whereas the message displayed was "Transaction Timed Out"
Please note that the cash was not dispensed by the ATM. When it is so, why there is not an automatic system to reverse the transaction and credit the account. Now my funds are blocked in festival season and I am in difficulty and tension.
So I contacted to PNB Branch Manager he gives me PNB customer Care no. i.e.[protected]
and[protected]. I haved tried these numbers more than 100 times but no response found.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

i wanted to a new bank account with atm in pnb on student base but the bank officer said that it can not be done

Even I was not able to withdraw cash.

i request you that your ATM from Niti Bag (near gargi college) most of time creats problems like,
temporary out off service or Server down or Cannot out the A/c detail slip.
Please maintain it according to the customer help. Otherwise it is use less.

Respected sir,
on 4th oct 2008 my savings account no 015700 [protected] shows the debit amount of Rs 520/ but i have not received any amount from icici ATM counter from H.S.Road Dibrugarh (Assam). I have complain the same matter lots of time to your customercare of PNB Vide complain no 14849518,but i am sorry to say same is not properly working.
so.sir please credit my same amount in my account and oblige.

Hi,

I have taken PNB bank account in 2007 with zero rupees balance. after one year i deposited some amount.
from 2007 to 2009 i did not use the ATM card. from then when i was trying to take money from ATM centers that machine shows message like "YOUR ATM CARD IS BLOCKED". how to unblocked my ATM card now.
i am getting Response Code :0036 when i am trying to take money from ATM machines,
please let me know ... its very urgent.

i have PNB Saving A/c in faizabad(up), so i dt.9/11/12. withdrol purpose use PNB ATM at sahabganj dist-faizabad, But Some Networking Reson Transation not complete And Bank Debited my Saving A/c no. is [protected]. I Tell The Gard That Amount Debited Gard Tellme Call HelpLine I Call 6 times at first he/she hold1/2 hours then tell me our server is not working.i call and call The PNb some body give me responce he gave me claim no. but claim no. is not work, so i talk to sinior person he gave me Banks Number. and tell me that only they solve your problem But Number is not Working, So Sir please Help me i am very confuse that what to do?
