[Resolved] PNB — Delay in Getting money back from a very long time. | |||
Hi !!! This is for reminding the Punjab National bank staff that I do have my account in the esteemed bank from last 5 yrs. On 25th November Last year I ( Meenakshi Pant; Account no. [protected] ) shopped with the Debit card for 8,205 from Duke Showroom from Faridabad. But Shopkeeper Swapped three times( POSP/16604551/210136/[protected]; POSP/16604551/209788/[protected]; POSP/16604551/209661/[protected]) for 8,205 /- & the Transactions declined for all three times. The Complaint have been Done Several times to Custmer care & Branch at Nainital & Faridabad. but No Satisfactory reply has been there. Complaint no. for the request is 22248148 done on 26th nov 2009. Every time we talk with the Customer care we get an assurance that investigation has been done & we will receive the money in couple of days but this has been 100 times that their couple of days hasn't come yet. This is our humble request to help us out for getting the sum cleared as this has been several months we had been waiting to get back out Money. Thanks Meenakshi Pant Account no.
