What should we understand that IGL is a fraud company?a connection who was installed on 4 year befor but the connection did not made with the gas stove.whom payment already befor 4 year befor,since last 3 month from 5 th june 2011 vide request no. prj[protected] ,no action has been taken till the date,every week from last 5 th june reminder was given to customer care of IGL ON TELEPHONE.no action has been taken can any body tell us to who is the appropriate authority to the complaint or this company is fraud.it is the last chance to customer care for next seven days,otherwise it will be look after by consumer forum.and I.G.L. should be face to consumer forum after 7 days If complaint not sorted out in next seven working days.
