[Resolved]  podang dubakur service — Poor service from renowned group

Dear
It's heart broken thing which no normal indian citizen could face.
You know india is a developing country and all are not ambani's or bill gates.
Every single rupee spent is having value..

I've registered for plan migration on 09/07/2009 (complaint no[protected] given by your customer? care)
from flat fee to speed select plan, but so for (Up to 25/07/2009 20:05hrs) not changed.
I've faced similar problem last month also but i've ignored that

For people with minimum income how can we bear

Your representative begged me to have your connection and promised that the plan migration wiill come in to force within 48 hrs.

your customer care people can also not able to answer properly.

What is the solution
If i asked to terminate your service they r ready to do that

Actually i've planned to go for BSNL or tata indicom
unfortunately i've choose you and now suffering
