[Resolved]  Pollution — Pollution created by Farsan shop

Dear Sir,

This is in connection with the complain dated 20/10/10 pollution created by the Subham Sweet Farshan shop located at Gokul Housing Complex,New Sama Road, Baroda 390 008. The shop owner has open the back Yard of the complex for his kitchen & wash area which is as per the builder's map and co-operation doesn't come under his limit, he has also illegally connected his drainage with the complex drainage which often gets chocked up due do Farshan wastage, like Basen, oil/ghee passed in the drainage, in have also covered common area of Complex next to Devendra Electric shop which is presently covered by polythiline sheet so that no one come to know that he is preparing sweets and farshan at that location. Every time if the complex residential tell any thing he threatens and use bad language.

Reqeust your good self to take appropriate action and stop this harasement of Farsan shop owner
