[Resolved] Pooja Enterprises — illegal noise making factory in our residential area | |
Sir With due respect i wish to submit that i am a resident of 1012 near dav school ram nagar jagadhri workshop yamuna nagar 135002 which falls in the jurisdiction of police station Farakpur. my complaint is regarding the illegal factory which has been opened by Mr. Ashok Dang s/o bansilal from past one year. He runs noise making machines in this factory like wood cutter, hydraulic iron cutter press and iron grinder, he also uses some kind of smelly dirty chemical for making things made of fibre. his work has make our lives hell our children cannot study, we cannot sit with calm in our own houses and our house ladies are started becoming ill with depression due to constant noise. sir please take strict action against this illegal factory and close it down. we will be highly obliged to you. Pooja Enterprises — noise out put
respected sir,as i have already complained to you about pooja enterprises being run in our locality by ashok dang s/o bansilal.
recently i read the
The Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000
where it is mentioned in the rule 3(5) that:
(5) An area comprising not less than 100 metres around hospitals, educational institutions and courts may be declared as silence area/zone for the purpose of these rules.
and no sort of noise can be produced in the silence zone
in our locality we have dav school which is govt. recognized and is just 20-30 metres away form the factory or noise producing workshop of pooja enterprises.
plz tell me what i can i do about it and how i can use the above mentioned rules in my favor.
to which authority i should complain.
is it neccessary that the school management should support me in my application or sign my application and only than i can complain against it.
pls guide me after going through the rules that are a part of the envrionment protection act 1986

DEar sir / Madam,My Provident fund number is KN/25372/593 i have applied on 21st Nov but still now its not processed . i have called my companey they told me PF officer done a mistake in that PF form So its not processed ..Any one is help ths issue..
