[Resolved]  Poor installation procedure — Poor installation procedure

This is with reference to the secondary connection installed at my residence.

by an engineering with the mobile number [protected].

I regret to inform you that the engineer was not only ill equipped to handle the installation but also in a rush. The installation done was shabby: the wire outside was left hanging loose, the casing which I requested for was not done and the hole drilled in the wall was too big and the hole evident. When I requested him to repair he said it was not his job. Upon insistence he got a tube of Silicon rubber and shabbiliy covered the broken wall.

My call was escalated to Ms Rebecca who assured me the engineer would reach home by 12 pm . Since it is against society rules to have any wires hanging my connection will be terminated by the society where I live.

I would like to bring to your notice that living upto a customer promise is not easy. Tata sky is a brand and I am really disappointed with it.
