[Resolved]  Postal Life Insurance — non receipt of policy

I am an Airmen in Indian Air Force.i have done a policy while i was undergoing trainiing in Airmen Training Institute, Belguam, karnataka.
but i didnt got any policy bond yet.

I, KAUSHAL KISHOR is presently serving with 976 AD Regt WKSP EME, C/o 56 APO, PIN : 906976. Rs.11060/- had deducted from my AOC records PB(OR) office secunderabad-15 asper my Q/E Feb 2007 and acceptance No[protected] dt 31 Jan 2006. my proposal was two lacs. TILL DATE the policy document has not yet received and nor my premium deducted from the same way.A line in reply will be appreciated.

On 20.01.2010 I paid the advance deposit of rs.2875/= for PLI policy for the
sum assured Rs.500000/=. I have not received the policy till date. As i need
the policy for submitted my I T form, please send the policy by post.

I 'AC' DHIRAJ KUMAR WPN/FIT My TRANIE NO[protected]T & SERVICE NO -932423-B. Serving In IAF from 01-oct-2008 my PLI subscription has been done in 405 AFS, BELGAUM. With Premium Rs. 1185 per/month. This amount is automatically deducted from my salary. But now it is about 2 yrs. I didnot receive my PLI Policy document. So it is request that SEND my PLI Policy document vrey soon.
