Is this resolved. This shows how effectively you are acting upon the
cusotmer's call. Ashamed to call and send mail's about your worst services
for your internal fault customer is being penalised by disconnecting the
line, chargin heavily. Earlier for the credit balance in our account we had
followedup at that time too heard different stories without transfering.

Waiting for your detailed response otherwise I am very happy to discontinue
this service. But I won't leave this issue.

till yesterday we were receiving calls and SMS about unpaid amount. Lastly
yesterday I had recd a call to my No [protected] asking me to pay the amount
immediately then again I had informed all the details again very patiently
and asked to me call me back in another one hours time with the action
updates for which no had turned up in between we had recd SMS stating the
due amount and "Your Airtel Bill dtd 03/01/08 for Rs.306 is overdue. Pls
pay at the earliest to enjoy uninterrupted service".

In continutiation to my earlier mail again I would like to highlight about
worst service and worst way of enjoying others money for fault of yours.



1. Earlier my credit in prepaid account was not transferred in spite of
that when I called I was informed different stories and got a message as
unpaid.

2. Now for getting the calls and messages for the same reason but the issue
is different.

While taking the connection itself I had opted for ECS option ( Blank ICICI
chq was given for ref) which was not done. Then subsequent to that we keep
on getting the messages and calls for unpaid amount . We had informed to
everyone who ever called us about this they failed to act on it. On 29th I
recd a call to[protected] and I was told to come to your office again to
give the form. Immediately I had replied that since fault is yours its your
duty to come collect the form. Then all of a sudden one lady from airtel
contacted me to this number [protected] and asked the bank details I had
given the A/c no as well. Now I am bit worried based on your services and
repeated calls that my account may be issued by your people.

Yesterday I got the bill and surprised to see the bill late fees was
charged (This shows how your are servicing the customer and billing to the
customer). By seeing that yesterday I contacted the customer care first I
spoke to ANBU after prolonged discussion they failed to take the query and
disconnected the phone after putting me on a hold for 10 min again I
contacted ?at that my call was attended by durga after enquiring all the
details this was transferred to mariam and he asked all the details after
that without any reply connection got disconnected again different person
picked the phone I had asked him to transfer the line to mariam he hesitate
to transfer and again asking all the details I lost my patience and I
informed him to give a call to me he said that 4 hrs reqd for arranging
call back facility.

This seems to be serious when there is a problem of yours after informing
also this was not resolved and abnormally billed in spite that still you
people are taking about your own process.

Today morning we had recd SMS mentioning the query no as I hope you are
satisfied with our resolution. Very funny thing I don't know what for this
sent and what was the resolution given. Can you please update on this in
written mail.

Now If I didn't get a call later by today night 10.00 P.M I forced to take
a legal action for the mental harassment caused.

Being in this comepative service field you too will be aware that other
serive provider is giving better facility for the lesser cost and very
happy to disconnect and switch to that.

For Ex: Air cell charges for the same cost of Rs.250 ( Compared with the
current charges of yours for my plan)

600 Min Talk time free - ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Only 200 Min of talk
time is given by you
Unlimited SMS - ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Given by for my

In addition to that I believe i won't get unwanted calls for your fault and
bogus charges which is being charged by you.



Now kindly suggest us your plan's and action to decide further. I hope with
resolutions tonight I will get a call to my number[protected] and also
confirmation mail with action plan failed to which tomorrow by 10.00 A.M I
will proceed further.

Above said number was in prepaid scheme till 24th of last month based on
the application given by me this was changed to postpaid at that I was
committed that balance available in the prepaid scheme will be transferred
to postpaid. Before converting from prepaid to post paid there was a
balance of about Rs.835/-

After one week's time when we send a query there is response then we
contacted your call center for which we got a response stating that no
balance to transfer (This was informed after all the details from me and
failed to respond further as well).

Then again from my other no[protected] I had called to postpaid call
center after prolonged conversation of an hour I was told that there is no
such balance and which is not their dept's responsibility (postpaid dept ).
After that I called prepaid team again after one hour they said that they
can not see the details since this was converted to postpaid.


In the mean time during the conversation's these are all the messages
confirmed orally.

1. "No balance to transfer"
2. "Balance amount will not be transferred". This seems to be very
surprised.
3. It's not our dept's call (Informed by both post paid as well as prepaid
call center). For further details you can check log racker maintained by
you who has ? ?attended the call.

One more thing i would like to highlight to postpaid people are taking the
query and whereas prepaid persons are telling that they can not do
anything.( Even though it's internal problem they said that they can not
log the request at all since there is a plan change)

To my knowledge I believe when the connection is transferred from prepaid
to postpaid balance amount also will be transferred and that will also
reflect in
bill. For the bill generated on 3rd oct states only about the due's nothing
about credit.

Second the billing is also wrong which was also informed now they said this
was rectified credit will be in the next bill for which I have wait see in
the next bill.

Yesterday I have recd SMS stating that as overdue.

If you think this as serious kindly look into it and respond to this mail
and call me failed to which i am forced to make a decision. I don't mind
disconnection both the line and go to other service provider for such a
worst service in the very competitive ?service.

I need a written communication for the error and the answer's for good
response and actions by your call center people.

I hope I will get a call immediately if you think as serious issue and
confirmation for action plan.

i have been using airtel pre-paid service since 4yrs without changing my number, it heard that those who use the same number continuously for more than 2 years are vested with some offers or benefits, but i have not been offered or asked for any of them, but its disgusting to hear that airtel's customer service has been worst, i had received a call from seema([protected]) from airtel if i was interested to go for post-paid service, initially i rejected her call and then when she came with benefits and offers which pre-paid has not got, because she promised me of giving free connection as i was the customer who was using the same number for more than 2 yrs, she then sent her assistant to collect the required documents for proof of reference, the assistant had come late, so i had to provide passport photocopy for reference which was made when i was in my own house, verification rejected because they didn't have faith if it was my home or some stranger's house, i then called seema, she had given the customer service agents number([protected]), whom i contacted said that address had a concern so i had to provide the present staying address, i said "ok fine" send the assistant and he gave second new sim card and took back the first one and said it would get activated within 48 hours after verification, so its almost 1week nothing was made, then the people came for the second round of verification who informed me that my post-paid sim would get activated within the same evening, now i have been waiting for 24 hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs almost 2 weeks now no response, now both sim (pre-paid and post paid sim shows inactive sim) when i called the customer service they say that its activated "sir" that's what it says in their system, but to me its says inactive sim, i was pretty happy using pre=paid service without complaining as to " why i dont have 100 sms free or amy of that kind" because i liked airtel compared to other network, so i[censored] could please reactivate m old pre-paid sim, i would be more happy, my number is[protected], please do the needful and oblige..thanks sumesh

It my consern to, I am your post paid user, i paid every bill of my uses with out see bill, i useto get only sms from 121 and paid to my biill till now. I have some issue which mentioned below.

1) i maked a complene regarding my hard copy bill on 18th April, but i got it so late.
2) I contune my payment done by creadit card or by checqe, but some time i unable to do that cause of your tecnichal problem,
3) last time your sunver has been down between 17th to 27 of may, which cause of i unable know about my dally bill states. tell me who person paid bill from 121 alerts only that person what will do. Every person has a dally limites about his useges, i reached unmanageble limites cause of your tecnichal problem.
fot that i did not get any information befor and after that tecnichal problem.

this is mallikharjuna.vallpeu, i took postpaid conection from your branch at malkpet, on the date of 01/07/08, my mobile no. is [protected], on the next day it comes to activated, on the day only i got a message from ur costmer care also, "ur verification is done now u happilly use to our connection", then two days after my outgoing is abort, then imediately i called to ur costmer care then those people told me, "ur verification is in negative sir, if any issues go and meet in our nearest vadafone center"i went to ur office, then these people replys me"am sorry sir, we will send our verifier again sir" then i came back.on 10/07/08 this day he came to my home, he verified, then after i don't know what happens, this day at 11'o clock onwards i loss ur network on mobile, its totally colapsed even am not getting incoming also.

am kindly saying one thing please check the details & deduce the problem or else i would like to change my connection.

after a year a call is come from ur customer care side to pay the bill of rs. 1100

i paid that bill i repeat i paid that bill on dated 17th may 2007 bill no. rnmf 71111028 at j44 sec 18 noida and i had give application to close that connection second time

after this a year later on 10th sept the call came from ur customer care to pay a amount of rs 3200 for that connection which one is closed in 2006 so, i dont know for what i had to pay

To Reliance communication employees,

The service of reliance is not good as it was before 2 yrs. due to misscommunication between you and your retail stores(Reliance webworld) customer getting penic.

i got a call from ypor side that my bill payment i exceed to my credit limit, and this message i got in morning 11 am than somewhat around i did my payment by cash in evening 5 p.m. but still this is 9 p.m. in night . your customer care executive is saying u hav not paid the bill its not showing in computer, , boss please mke some good communication between you and your vendors and now i am unable to do my outgoing calls. Boss plase remind of credit limit to your customer before 2-3 dys. so we can get some time and do not have to face this problems.
boss this is really hectic. i hav to go out of town for some office purpose and i am not able to do n recieve my romaing calls...

in this thing every company is linient and better than your company...

sorrry to say.. but i am highly dissatisfied with this kind of response...
