[Resolved]  Prateek Buildtech — Bad experience with prateek buildtech

I didn't have a good experience with Prateek Buildtech. When i came to E-11 Sec-61 office, to book a flat at prateek laurel (Flat No. H-601), i was re-directed by prateek representative towards an innovions guy, Mr. Yogesh, who i didn't know, was actually an agent.
I was expecting a direct booking, but eventually got it through an agent. I was offered much lesser price by other agents.

Is there a commission fixed for prateek people for guiding customers to get the booking done from innovions?
I wasted 35 lacs for 1135 sqft flat. I was getting the same flat for 32 lacs all inclusive by other agents. I wish i canceled the booking. I guess i did a big mistake.

Prateek group is completely cheater. In first instance they will agree with your every demand, once you paid just one installment or booking amount after which they will never listen to you. If you cancel your booking they will deduct a huge amount as a cancellation charges and if you carry on they will also raised such demands which were not told to you at the time of booking. If any question raised by the customer they just give the answer that - This is the company policy. So think many times before investing in Prateek Group. I have all proofs for this type of cheating but nothing could happen as they are big shot and we are a common man.

Take them to consumer court, law of land will surely take action against them. we have unite and fight against the malpractices being done by Prateek Group. Mr. Tiwari is being guided wrongly by person under him. one day they will have the same fate like DLF. Minting money of poor people like us is being seen by god. Best of Luck to Mr. Tiwari.
Be cautious while buying flat in prateek group, they are not people of words. allotment letter is a mockery for them. once booking is done no one will lissen there after. As far as construction quality is concerned it is one of the worst one. In case of any query even for the smallest thing there CC will direct the same to there Chairman. i have got one of the worst experience of my life.
I am surprised to read soo many bad reviews for prateek group. I am feeling bad about what happened with you all because what happened with me was completely opposite. I had great deal with the Prateek Group instead.

I booked a flat in parallel housing society ( in sec 60 ) with 3800 per sq feet allotment money. 6 months later they asked to give 1500 more on 1st allotment, as prices increased. This was completely injustice. Some how i only get 4% amount of total on cancellation.

Then on Agents recommendation, I invested in Prateek Fedora. The prices were at peek since the project was almost completed but luckily i got 4% discount. It was fair deal as I got it check with 3-4 agents and other investors who took flat near my flat.

I shifted in 2013 January in prateek fedora, since then I have not faced any great problems. Also i have enquired the maintenance and other charges in different society nearby. Mine are very reasonable.
Any comments about Prateek Stylome. They say they will finish and give possession by July. Any idea they will complete or not
I had really bad experience with PG. Prateek group is a totally fraud builder...Higher management is liar, irresponsible and non-responsive... talks only nonsense like Illiterate...same reflects in their lower management...commits much more but does nothing except time-pass. Avoid F2F meeting, hardly giving reply in written……Civil works must be excellent in any housing project but in Prateek's projects all type of civil works are worst and risky as compare to other works…substandard/leftover material has been used specially in towers handed over lastly and on top of that work has been done by unskilled labors. Illegal shopping area constructed inside campus without any information in their layout (not a single flat owner was aware about this fraud). All agreements are one sided…..illogical electrical/other charges and list goes on of bad works…..whatever you can thing bad… all are the features of this builder.
Prateek laurel project is delivered to customers half completed and with poor quality….be it flat work or common facilities (compared to sample flat and commitments that builder did with customers).
Pathetic maintenance services….unskilled persons are hired for maintenance ….no deadline to resolve any complain……maintenance people automatically closes complains without doing any work and on asking status of complain, maintenance people gives false common response that your work has been completed and the now you are telling new work so you need to raise another complain….really irritating.
All in all builder should be banned for further launching/on-going new project and he must be forced legally to complete the works in already handed over projects. Moreover credai should take strong actions against such inexperienced builders. New customers please be careful form prateek group.
Prateek Buildtech is full of arrogance builder. You feel like it is your fault to buy a flat in prateek and after purchasing they are agreed that it is your mistake to buy flat from them.

you can not complain about quality or any service after that as there response is like this is the prateek works and we are like this only.

I gave them one post dated cheque 1 year back as advance maintenance charges and they present it for clearing in bank by just posting a notice on tower without informing you personally that we are going to present and please maintain a sufficient balance. They said it is not there duty to inform, If check is bounce you have to pay fine.

Maintenance fees is very high. Around 3000 for a 2 BHK that is used for society electricity/security and cleanses. Water and electricity bill will be separate.
