[Resolved] Prathama Bank — Unable to give exam

Hi Concern,

Actually i was filled a from of Prathama bank for the post of Office assistant.

on the exam day[protected] i missed my challan but i had my roll number (call letter) and online acknowledgement with me, which was sent by bank after submitted online challan details.

but the examiner said without challan i am not able to give exam then i talk with chairman of Prathama bank, but he was not ready to here and disconnected my call.
There was so many students, who was facing this problem.

Now you suggest, if i had my call letter then i was not able to give exam. Call letter was ready after submitted all the challan details.

now my Rs 400/- is waste and my traveling allowance too...

Request you to please look into this matter and arrange re-exam for us asap.
and also confirm if any thing is required from my end.

prathma bank moradabad branch: chhajlet
ai want to file a complaint against this bank as they issued loand after a long chase inspite of fulfilling all the requirements and now they are demanding unfair interest rates, which i think is not at all fair in case of education loan..
plz help.

Bank employees are non cooperative and never provide satisfactory information to the query more over the staff misbehave and provide futile excuses whenever they have been asked to made an entry in the Pass book
