[Resolved] prem aggarwal — Stealing
I had a very bad experience today at Reliance Fresh, Sector 17A Store. The staff misbehaved with me and I was man-handled by the Staff in the Basement of thge Store alleging that I have stolen a packet of Britannia Cheese costing Rs 62.00. I was at my wits end to see the staff man handling me for no fault of mine . I did not even steal any cheese and only tried to TASTE IT ITS CONTENT TO CHECK IF IT IS FRESH AND EATABLE AND THATTHERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WEITH THE PRODUCT. THE INCHARGE OF THIS STORE COMPELLED ME TO DEPOSIT RS., 620.00 AS PENALTY FOR DESTROYING AND OPENING THE PACKAGE. IS IT NOT A SHEAR INSULT TO A CUSTOMER? The staff specially the Incharge was acting like a Goonda. The staff has no coutesy ( I think Reliance has forgotten to provide its staff the basic etiquettes as to how to behave with custormers) .I was visiting India for the First time from USA and am disgusted to be meted out such an insult at the hands of RELIANCE FRESH. IT WAS REALLY A HORRIFYING AND VERY VERY DISTASTESTEFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH SUCH A SITUATION. The contents of the Package were intact and there was nothing missing from the Package. I was made to Desposit Rs. 620.00 for nothing. There was no way how to deal with your Staff in such a situation. They just closed the door and I was not allowed to go ourt of the basement office. The staff alongwith the Incharge took my money from my Vallet forcibly and I was only allowed top go after they got the money . It was more Surprizing that I was not even giuven any receipt for Rs,. 620.00. It was an insulting experience in front of so much Customers and the Puvblic.
I am planning to Ghero this Staff in front of the Store and no one will be ready to buy anything in furture. The Staff and the Incharge must apologize and refund my money of Rs. 620.00 forthwith otherwise, it will be very problematic to run this Store. I will also register an FIR against the Staff. CAN SOMEONE FROM RELIANCE FRESH WILL HAVE CURTESY TO CALL ME AND SAY SORRY AND RETURN MY MONEY OF RS. 620.00 FOR THE ROUDY BEHAVIOUR OF THEIR STAFF AND ACTING IN A GOONDA LIKE MANNER? The Fact REMAINS that there was nothing MISSING from the Package..
