[Resolved] Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd — Non receipt of Holiday Voucher | |||
Sir, i received a holiday package on purchase of Reebok Sunglasses. As instructed by them I had redeemed my holiday voucher and was given the Holiday Voucher No. ITBC14123 by bigcity.in/indiatoday. I had filled the form and had sent it to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, PO Box No. 5042, Bangalore 560001 on 06 of July 2010. And as per the voucher they have to send me back a holiday voucher within 10 working days, buts its been 20 days i haven't received any such voucher and further on receipt i have to fill the destinations and dates of my choice for their confirmation. I need to confirm my tickets by trian and for my holiday i have to plan a lot. Due to their delay i have to change my dates of travel and my leave from my office. This further hampers my office schedule. So it is kindly requested that this case may be looked into and necessary action be taken so that any other person my not be get into trouble. PremierSales Promotions Pvt Ltd — No response to voucher code request form
I paid Rs 5990 for a eight days seven nights holiday package.I send the voucher duly filled along with ID proof to the company by speed post on09 10 09.But I did not get any response and my efforts to call at [protected] also failed a number of times.Now I fear that by the time I get any response my coupan will expire.I hereby want to request them that they may send me confirmed holiday package for manali on any dates of nov 09. I am also facing the same problem since 3 month I am not getting their any replies regarding my Holiday voucher.
Hi suman you need to wait 4 atleast 50 - 55 days.I dnt know the reason but they want every document by ordinary post which will take 45 days atleast mine has taken the same and after that dont expect them to tell you that they have got it. You need to take the headache of asking them the status of each and every thing whether it is booking voucher form or accomodation voucher form. So, the bad news is the whole bullish process will take minimum 4 to 5 months atleast mine has taken the same.

Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd — Non-receipt of flight voucher
As per the instructions, I have already sent Booking Request Form duly filled-in on 25.8.09 to the Post Box address and as per the terms and conditions, the Flight Voucher has to be received by me within ten working days. Till today I have not heard anything from the company. Please expedite and confirm by e-mail regarding despatch position. Thanks
