Even today (5.09.09), I received an incoming call from that Number at 11:32:50 am, which was also illegally charged with Rs.0.50 from my Prepaid balance.
Please arrange to take immediate corrective measures and re-credit the illegally deducted charges into my Prepaid balance, failing which I have no other option except to seek remedy before the appropriate Consumer Forum under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Hope that it would receive due and proper attention and remedy forthwith.
