[Resolved] Prepaid — deactivate the dailer tone | |
I am trying to connect customer care from last 2 day (4444) ...still it is saying"Welcome to the Idea customer Care and for your chit chat balance dial 2222 " and no option for logging a complaint or talking to cus care rep. nothing at all ...This is really wasting my valuable time and also irritating ... My problem is ...a default idea dialler/caller tone is activated by my miss-use of my mobile ...and some amount is charging for that tone...I want to deactivate this service first...or else tell me procedure to deactivate the dialler/caller tone... D/Sir,Kindly notice that paper recharge is not happing done at the no. [protected].i trying to contect to customer care but my problem is not getting shortout still and customer support excutive refusing to call four hours latter again and again for 20 of may,2012 still.
i will be highly oblise you for your this consideration

WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME MY SELF ACTIVATED THE SERVICE, EVERY DAY I HAVE TO FACE THE PROBLEM TODAY I SEE AGAIN ANOTHER SERVICE PACK ACTIVATED.PL. CANCLE ALL TYPE OF VAS SERVICES FROM MY MOBILE NO-[protected].
AND IN FUTURE NO SERVICES ACTIVED WITHOUT MY WRITTEN PERMISSION .

Dear team,I am using blackberry 9300 ma handset is 3G but ma only Edge is cuming in capital as I am using BBM
Plan of 100 rs my 3G symbole is not coming in my phone as other vodafone users are geting 3G sign
As prevesly I spoke to customer care bt they dint responded positively..
