Prepaid connection — Talktime Of Rs.96/- not allowed
Dear Sir,
I have bought Vodaphone connection no. [protected] and got Sim no.[protected] from Vodaphone Mini store at Sector 34 Kamothe Navi Mumbai two days back. He charged Rs. 140/- with an assurance of talk time of Rs. 96/-. The connection has been activated but allowed talk time of Rs. 10/-. Pl. arrange to insist the Vendor to allow full talk time of Rs. 96/- as per his commitment at your earliest. I have sent my relative to the shop tomorrow after noon but he did not respond favourably.No contact number was displayed on the shop and the Vendor was not available today at 9.40 A.M.
