[Resolved]  PREPAID MB NO.[protected] — ACTIVATION OF CALLER TUNE

I HAVE ALREADY DEACTIVATE THE FACILITY OF CALLER TUNE ON 21.6.2008 THROUGH MENU MESSAGE "CAN CT" SENT TO 144 AND RECEIVED THE MESSAGE "DECTIVATED CT".

BUT UNFORTUNETALY, I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT MY BALACE HAS BEEN REDUCED BY RS.45/- OF CT CHARGES ON 23TH JUNE 2008. I REQUESTED ONCE AGAIN TO CUSTOMER CARE '111' AND ALSO SEND THE SMS TO '144' (WHICH IS STILL PENDING) TO CANCEL THE CALLER TUNE. BUT ALL THE EFFORTS ARE IN THE VAIN.

PLEASE INCREASE THE BALANCE BY THE RS.45/- AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
