[Resolved]  Prepaid SIM — REFUND OF CREDIT BALANCE

Pls. read all the attached mail. I don't think its imcoplete information. I am wrting this for the last 3 MONTHS ...whats the hell going on...different different every time...do you all think we are FREE to write every time...its all clear like GLASS...you can read all the answer from AIRTEL EXECUTIVES and I don't think I have have to write again unless you don't want to take right action and refund the CREDIT BALANCE...OF RS 550+++

Dear Usha Rani

Sorry to inform you that this number was not POSTPAID number. I was using as PREPAID number only and that is why I could recharge of Rs. 395. Pls. for GOD sack I need my money back and don t want to write mails and mails. Your Airtel Relationship Center told us to call AIRTEL to resolve the issue. Even Airtel Relation Center Manager of Tilak Road Pune could understand the situation and all the problem and he accepted that YES your number will be activated with Balance of credit. He issued new SIM CARD but all in van...pls..pls...do some thing or send me mail ID of higher authority...if you can t do it...it is too much...i am looking for my money for the last 3 months...I NEED MY HARD EARN MONEY...
