Prestige Induction Cook Top — The shop is not giving the free gifts given by the company

1.I bought one Prestige Induction Cook-Top PIC 1.0 from Derik Mart Pvt.Ltd.181,A ,Derik Junction,K.P.Road,Nagercoil,Ph.[protected] ,e-mail - [protected]@derikgroups.com on 31/03/2010 ,bill no.332384/NB.

2.At the time of purchage when I enquired about the offer, the sells person told me that there no such free gifts with the prestige product.

3.Next day when I enquired about the product and offer on the Prestige show room ,K.P.Road ,Nagercoil.
They told me the price of the same model is Rs3500/ and with that a free offer of three piece induction base kitchen item set of one tawa,one fry pan and one kadai is there.

4.Again when I asked at the derik mart they told that we have no such offers we can not give.

For a big shop like Derik Mart( Derik group of companies) How they are doing like asmall shop I do not know. As a consumer I am giving the complain.How it will work and I can get my free offer set let us see.
