[Resolved] Prestige Pressure Cooker — NON "ISI" MARK PRODUCT | |||
I have purchased a Pressure Cooker of the famous brand Prestige from the online shopping website www.yebhi.com . When the cooker is received we found that there is NO ISI mark on the cooker. It is also not there on the Box. Complain is sent to both yebjo.com as well asPrestige company (TTK group). yebhi.com is not replacing the product. While the TTK Group, the manufacturer is silent on this matter. This shows that the company is selling low quality product under the famous brand name through online-shopping websites. Does anything happen to your complaint?
It seems still they are manufacturing product without ISI mark on it. I have recently purchased a pressure cooker online which possess the same problem.

Same here. What can we do?
It seems that it's not just online-shopping websites, but the same thing happened to me when I bought it from Big Bazaar. Well, in my case, it was my stupidity that I did not see the ISI mark, but thought it must be on the cooker vessel inside the box, as all the other company cookers had the ISI mark. So when I came home, I saw that ISI mark wasn't there. I was thinking of writing to Prestige before, but now, reading your post, I have very little hope left. But I will write to them anyways, to bring it to their notice that people are aware what they are doing!
