This is in reference with Prestige induction cook top i purchased around Diwali. The product was purchased from Big Bazaar, the 'isse achha aur sasta kahin nahi' store!
the cook top has been serviced once because while in use it all of a sudden stopped working. i took it to the nearest service center and it was given back to me in 5 days, not to forget the induction cook top was my only means of cooking food, obviously though, nobody keeps two or more cooking stoves for cooking. the cook top worked fine for a week and has again stopped working day before yesterday.
m i meant to take this product every fortnight to a service center? what after the warranty gets over?
m not sure about 'indian consumer complaints forum' as to who all visit this forum and do the complaints ever get seekers or not, however i tried to lodge this complaint on Prestige TTK's own site and did not reach any favorable page, so thought of putting down the complaint here.
m not sure what time will it take for cook top to be serviced again, but the next time this happens m very sure of taking this whole episode to the Consumer Court! So u beeter take care Prestige. The service center has not replied to my phone call yet and m just waiting for this thing to get into my head and make me lose control! what else does one expect when i got to throw all the veggies i bought, i got to order the food everytime i feel like m hungry? how does Prestige intend to take care of that?
