I HAVE PURCHAGE CANON IMAGE GLASS MF4412 PRINTER ON 14TH MARCH2011 I HAVE COMLAIN FOR SOME PART OF XEROX NOT SHOW DARKASORIGINAL COMPANY SERVICEMAN CANE ON 18TH OCT.MR.PRATAP AFTEROBSERVING 5 MINUTES TOLD ME TO CHANGE SOME PART OF PRINTER & IHAVE TO PAY RS. AROUND1800.00 ITOLD HIM THAT IHAVE WARENTY PERIOD FOR1 YEAR BUT HE SAYS THAT YOU USED LOCAL POWDER GOR REFILLING SO YOU HAVE TO PAY. I ASK HIM CANON NOT PROVIDE POWDER TO REFILLING TONNER SO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO? HE ANS.ME THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM. SO.NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO? Was this information helpful? | |||
