[Resolved]  Professional Courier — NON DELIVERY OF PACKAGE SINCE 11 DAYS

i m working in Dubai, i have sent parcel through Professional Courier on Dated 28.04.2011 from Bhiwandi (Dist. Thane) Maharashtra, there was some gift for my son his Birthday was on 05.05.2011 and as per professional courier Bhiwandi Branch it will deliver on 03.05.2011 but still not yet delivered, when i reached to professional courier office they said its already gone to Bellary, i got telephone no.[protected] its not working and one more mobile no. [protected] its not picking phone. i have sent mail to from faisal Ansari [protected]@gmail.com

but no action have been taken, today 09/05/2011 i called a guy name is M. Mannu mob no. [protected] then he check package was reached there on 01/05/2011 and even they didnt inform receiver, now he is saying come and collect courier from their office which is 15 km far from receiver address. customer care is worst.
