[Resolved] Professional Couriers — non delivery of courier on time | |
I HAD SUBMITTED MY DRAFTS WHICH WERE TO BE COURIERD TO ALLAHABAD MNNIT COLLEGE ON 2 ND OF JANUARY . THEY PROMISED ME THE DELIVERY OF MY CONSIGNMENT IN 48 HOURS. I HAD SUBMITTED MY COURIER TO THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, INDRANAGAR, BANGALORE.TELEPHONE No.[protected]. AS IT WAS DELAYED . I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM, AND IN RESULT THEY TELL ME IT WILL TAKE 4 DAYS. AFTER CALLING THEM UP MANY TIMES THEY FAILED TO CONFIRM MY COURIER STATUS. EVEN THE PHONE No. PROVIDED WITH FAILED TO RESPOND. EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE No. TURNED OUT TO BE FALSE. I had an courier on 09-Feb-2009 booked at hyderabad to pune. till (13-Feb-2009) now ihad not recieved the courier.how many time i should contact the Professional Courie in hyderabad and in pune they were not picking the call.
what should i do...shal i wait for another day or ???????
