[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Missed courier | |
Hi, My courier was missed by Professional Courier Pandalam branch in Kerala. (Pathanamthitta). When i spoke to the branch at Pandalam, they were not ready to admit their fault and iam really not happy with the service. My booking no is 4416382. It was booked on Monday morning and they promised to deliver it to Bangalore maximum by wednesday. Till now i have not received the same and now i have been informed that it was missed and they are still yet to send it. It was an important document which i had to receive by today. My father sent me courier on 10 th sep, 2010. today is 23rd and still i havent received the courier.
The consignment number is DEL104552. And when i referred the website of professional courier it showed the status as follows:-
The status for DEL104552 is on transit.

When it is received at chennai on 15th sep itself then why i havent received it yet. Have they lost it or misplaced it. Such a bad customer service. I have called professional courier office in chennai 6-7 times, but all in vain, still didnt get my courier. Such a third class service...

SirI sent a parcel from professional courier on 10th march from Hyderabad to palakollu.
One week completed.
Till today it is not delivered.
They are not responding to my issue.

Please help me in this issue.
