[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Missing parcel and Criminal staff

maine vaniyambadi professional couriers se mumbai ko ek courier bheja tha date:08/03/2010 aur delivery date:12/03/2010 aur is ka pod number :VNB230436.
maine is mein bheja tha ek ring jis ka value rupees 1000.maine is ko acchi tarha se packing kiya tha maine is mein brown color tape lagake bheja tha aur main kissi bhi courier mein stapler use nahi karta .
lekin delivery man is mein se item nikaal ke aur stapler mara huva courriers delivery diya huva hai, aaisa raha to kis bharose se courier mein kaise bhege mujhe to kuch samaj mein nahi aata.sir please aap is ke baare mein action uthayen.

please note: lekin is mein meri bhi ek ghalti hai ke mujhe malum nahi tha ke couriers pe jewellry not allowed hai.aur maine ye daimond ring jis ka value 1000 rupees hai maine ye courrier kardiya.
sir courreir mein jo bhi ho usse open kiun karte hain aur open kiya to kiya item bhi utha liya .
maine is ke baare mein 2 baar complaint kiya lekin is ke baare mein abbhi tak jawaab nahi aaya?

Remember that first off all before mentioning the complain against any buddy you have to state full detail as you are writing that your has lost by the professional Couriers so you have to write full detail and you are telling that Mr.Juned A Latiwala and there staff are hooligans to but according ti me you are not still in my contact or spouse any one of our staff or any branch did a misbehavior with you so will take necessary step against them if you have Genuine problem

professional courier service ke sava se mera supplier ne docket no. BLR[protected] se 20th dec 2013 ko surat ke leya prcl bheja, jo banglore office ke commitment ke mujab date 23 dec. 2013 ko delivery hona tha, lakin nahi huva, date 24th dec 2013 online tracking check kiya to mumbai ville parle se 23 dec. 2013 ko after noon 14:19:14 PM ko surat ke leye out kiya aasa status dikha raha hai, surat office pe phone se contact kiya to answer mila ke prcl nahi aaya hai, aap ke supplier ko ask kari a, halake, unko prcl aabhi kaha hai ( kyo ke mumbai se surat ke leya more than 24 hours kabhi nahi lagte) after that i ask to that lady officer to connect me your manager, in fully day i was called 3+ time, but any time she do not connected me with any o[censored]pper authorities, also at said company's web site, its banglore and ahmedabad office tele no. shows that are kharab, no any working, after that i emailed to their customer care, but refuse, no any response, really this courier 's service, service support is very very very bad that is my personal experience : if said courier service company need to take care their goodwill than kindly make solution of my problem, even no any person of customer care is contact me for this regards,
