DAMAGE OF COSTLY MATERIAL (AN 21 INCH ONIDA COLOR TELEVISION AND MANY OTHER LUGGAGES)--
I BOOKED A CONSIGNMENT CHARGING COUPLE OF THOUSAND RUPEES FROM BANGALORE PROFESSIONAL COURIER (J.C. NAGAR) BRANCH TO PUNE.
The consignment details are as follows-

consignment no. is BLR12549186.
consignment booking date- 14/03/08.

I booked my luggages on 14th march from Bangalore (J.C. Nagar branch) to Pune. There was a 21 Inch Onida flat Screen color Television and many other household materials. I asked Mr. Murthy (the manager of J.C. Nagar courier branch) to handle the parcels with care. He ensured he would take good care of the packets.

But when I received the parcel, the cartoons were all torn and the television was damaged. I asked him to stick notes with "handle with care" which was also not found. There were damages in other materials also for which I have not claimed. All the parcels were received in bad shapes. Moreover, . the parcels did not reach Pune on the predecided date for which also I have had lots of problem. This reflects a very bad service from the courier service.

I did not receive and returned the parcel containing the Television and also sent a complaint letter to Mr. Murthy on 26th march along with the Bills where the delivery man has noted his statement mentioning the damage.

But I have not received any communication from anybody yet. Whenever I call Mr. Murthy, most of the times he does not pick up the calls, sometimes someone else picks up and speaks in Kanadda which I cant understand. ths is just to avoid the responsibility. Then he told the packet was not packed properly but his executives only packed the Television in my house and took the parcels. Then he asked me to take pictures and send it to him which I have not doone yet. I am wholly confused about the whole thing and running in circles. I even talked with Mr. Umesh (the Complaint department manager) but he is also not processing the claim faster way. HE HAS STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS NOW.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME IN GETTING MY CLAIM PROCESS OR TEACH THEM A LESSON.

THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE. READERS PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK YOUR LUGGAGES THROUGH THIS COURIER SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU. ANY COMMENTS WELCOME.

I did have the same prob - but i did get response from chief manager - but other f[protected] did not accept there fault. my issues was my friend sent me a set of dress and mobile these courier people opened my parcel and took the mobile and made the status as delivered before, but when i made enquiry i came to know the parcel was in egmore branch then i called the customer then they said by mistake they updated s delivered. i didn ot accept the parcel since it was opened/damaged. they did not do proper enquiry about this matter . finall 26 may 2008 they say that it may take years to find out the culprit. i belived the proffesional courierpeoples but these people behave cheaply and support for the cheap employees whoever has taken. if they take this issue seriously it will not long time to find out the culprit. main thing they want to prove that there are employees are good and nothing happend in there end.

I am really fed up of these people - i do accept that there are few responsible persons who takes care of issue gently but ...they do have peoplewho dont accept there mistake andput blame on the customer end.

i am totally upset with this issue.bu nothing can be done when we belive someone they act cheaply like this..thanks for your help chief manager -i am really hurt and i dont want to any thing through proffessional courier but my fate i dont know much abt other courier and stil sending the courier through professional courier.

whoever has taken my gift let god change there charcter instead of punshing them...i want to shpw my temper to professional couriers ... i got two words for professioanl courier employee who did not handle this issue properly
The staff handling the affairs are very rude and they seldom pick the phone up for answering and if ever they pick the phone up you end up with very rude behaviour from the staff.

It is true that they have a wide network and that is why many people stick on to them despite all these problems.

But one thing is sure, they cannot fool all the people all the time. No sooner will they find that there are other couriers in the fray to give them the much needed competition.

I was awe struck to see that even the Directors to whom I had sent a complaint did not care to respond to the grievances.
I totaly agree with this kind of situation.
I am also having some bitter experience with professional courier-

I have a corier(Consignment No-BLR3060207
) from BTM LayOut to CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore. It is already 5 days past but there is no track of the courier. When I have asking their customer care number either they are giving some other number to contact or saying I am checking it and inform you withing 10 minutes. after that I am am not getting any response from them.
In this ay I got several phone numbers and mobile numbers like, and talk to many people like -

I sent one of the parcel in P.C on 13/02/09 but till today didt Delivered.So kindly inform U that please check it today only and delevr to which wish Sent.
I like to place my complaint on Professional courier, Coimbatore, Sir I have placed a courier 6 days before samples by giving declaration statement of 4 copies, My parcel contained 7 items, parcel has not reached the destination on time, and today they called me and said that my parcel is damaged, ok any way but the damaged parcel got only 3 items and the cover which I placed my parcel is changed how it could be possible. any way if the parcel is damaged atleast the address will be there. Such a worst staffs sorry theives you have placed in your firm . Feel very bad of your service. How can we trust a courier which lack genuinity. Pls find the culprits u hve feel shame on professional courier and the management and the staffs. very worst service U have and the best theives u have appointed, Readers dont trust professional courier, coimbatore, they are unprofessional courier, a gang of culprits. you should contact delivary manager pune to claim if he refuse u book a complaint against pune profeesional. it is there responsiblity to give good delivery. moorthy is no connection with you. only he is a forward manager. or put case against professional courier in consumer court. consult advacate.
