[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour

Professional Courier is UNPROFESSIONAL. My friend sent me a wallet from Delhi to Chennai and these fellows never delivered. Neither the complaints nor the executives helped. Complete loosers. I changed to First Flight which is perfect.

I am an officer in indian air force. On 31st oct 2008 a parcel containing life saving drugs wee sent to me by a Dr. Till date i have not recieved it. Enormous amount of querries with the customer care did not bear any result. Instead i was surprised to here from the customer care rep that i should contact and get the forwarding details from nippani-the place from where parcel was sent. When i asked them to do so they said sorry sir, you only have to do that. The docket no i gave to them was not of any use. My docket no 792065.ANd coplaint no is 4229. I fail to understand that when international parcel can be received within three days, why domestic parcels take so much time. Probably the staff lack professionalism that is the difference between other countries and people working in our country.I may have to sue the professional couriers if the medicine is not delivered today.

ihad sent a hard disk (having somei mportantant datas )acost of 2500/-to eranakulam from pathanamthitta on 3-11-08.they delivered yet.They informed me they missedthat .it is a real case of irresponsibility.kindly takeneccessary actions to deliver or givemethefinancial remody

but till date it had not reached lucknow when i called lucknow office they said it had reached delhi, but when i called delhi offfice they said it is not with us

I have couriered a consignment to my friend. The consignment no. is 729225 on 15/11/08. It was from Pune to Pune local only. But till now it has not been delivered to the concerned person. can you let me know the status.

Professional Couriers — Pilferage of article from the cover

My relative has sent one article from Bairedditalle A.P. to my daughter residing at Chennai.My daughter received the cover only with out the article in the cover. But when I contacted the company the response was nil.

This professional couriers is totally unprofessional and un ethicla too. While they book tehy book stating that the area is servicebel and at the destination they ask the addressee to come and pick up teh courier if they saty in residential localities or in offices awsy from normal commercial zones. The normal culture at their branch office is is callous and unresponsive and at times rough.
One antidote is that people shall use India Post and EMS speedpost than using these flees.

There's lot of complaints from above people on proff couriers, why dont we guys use our old stand mode of Postal service which is quite reliable though i know it delays with exception of towns and villages, i feel postal service has improved a lot these days and its in the verge of losses due to non availability of business, lets hope to do things better to our country than filling the pockets of private organizations.

This is to inform you that your staff in Kolkata Ph.No.[protected]. Has misbehaved with us, and asking for bribe, without bribe they will not deliver it seems. I have couriered the same on 15th. Dec. It has not been delivered till now. When we are asking for the office address they are shouting and using slangs.
Is this the service you are providing? We send around 250 to 300 couriers through you in Chennai (Ambattur) every month.
Please check the thing and ensure better service.

i am from melvisharam.a small parcel of weekly news paper
was couriered from ambur to melvisharam on (wednesday) 17-dec-2008
usually next day it will be reach us but it has not reached on thursday(18-dec-2008).i enquired in office but they told it not came.i give the doc number also to them they tell the same in both melvisharam office & ranipet office.
on the next day friday (19-dec-2008) also i waited for it but it not come they tell the same on friday also. i was totally dis apponted by this.after cheking all they said it is in ranipet office, in the evening i recieved it but it is very late delivery . so i reques you to take necessary steps.

Professional Couriers — Irresponsible staff

My friend sent me a parcel from their Kottayam office, third day I called the courier office at Palarivattom with the consignment number, they given me an another phone number as usual practice. I called the number, nobody is here the answer from other side. I asked who are you, I'm the driver he said. Again I called the first number with anger, the lady said you call to customer care and given me the number. I called the customer care, I repeated all to the new lady, she said why don't you ask for the manager. This time I loose my control. I said I have another works not only for the thing and disconnected the call. I made 7 calls and time spend for the simple thing. Not yet recieved my parcel or call.

Professional Couriers — irresponsible behaviour and no value for its customers

One of my relative sent me a courier from trichy in Tamilnadu and the booking number was TRZ55251437. I stay in Bangalore and didnt receive the courier for two days and hence tried contacting them. I tried calling them from morning 9:00 a.m. to evening 3:00 p.m and they were literally playing shuttle with me (asking me to call all the branches ever possible in bangalore). My relative would have just spent about 30 rupees in sending this couries and i ve spent more than two hundred bucks calling these irresponsible guys. If they are not delivering things in the right time then why should we opt a courier, we can go for a post which is more better than this. This is unfair on the courier department and their behaviour with the customer(making customer wait hear complaints and laughing in the other side) is highly ridiculous. They dont value customer's time and money and they test our patience. Its really making people upset when these kinds of issues are always there with them.

I would like to inform u that one cover has been sent on 21.01.2009 to me from tirupur to my below add. which is not delivered till now. I am not satisfied with the reply o[censored] people please do the needful

courier, while receiving covers, krishnagiri cover was totally damaged and
inside of that cover there are four dd's, in four dd's three dd are in
good condition, but one is in totally damaged and toned, for your
reference dd, cover and proffessional courier receipt scaned and attached
with this mail, here we have mentioned courier, and damaged dd details for
your reference, courier docket no:KRG0247959, couriered from krishnagiri
office on 24-01-09, received in chennai office on 27-01-09, damaged dd no
976899, dd amount 50rs, bank :union bank of india, dated:23-01-09, please
take necessary action and give respons for this mistake immediately

The name itself is unsuitable this poor company.

The customer care numbers are not attending . Hope everybody is dead.
