[Resolved]  Prog AD — Improper accounting of cheque deposit

i WOULD LIKE TO BRING IT TO YOUR KIND ATTENTION THAT THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN IMPROPERLY DEALT. An amount of 18k has been wrongly noted as 1, 830 and the same has not been resolved from the past one month, though repeated complaints and messgaes have been sent and there has been continuous harrasment being caused by the customer care desk individuals by regular calls and visits at odd times even after repeated information to them that the reason for fault is theirs.
